Daybreak...

Woke up this morning to catch the sunrise... 5:46am on the East Coast, as it's the first in Australia to greet each day. Heavy cloud ensured not even the slightest glimpse...

The hardy Surf Lifesaving brigade were out training, 30 minute set up, boat in the water, 3 minutes to determining that it was not suitable, then off home! I do admire their dedication to their profession!

Camping just behind the sand dunes, drifted back to sleep with the meditative sound of waves breaking... Aah..
