Of mist and magic..

A great 'little walk' today.

The morning delivered magical mists and soft air, the sky promised much but kept it secret for longer than I thought it might.

Up under the cloud to Castlerigg stone circle, stretching out those legs, enjoying the low cloud and wonderful scenery.

Across the fields to the viewpoint above Derwent and then down past the gill and into Keswick for some lunch...the wife no longer giving me daggers as this was perfect for her still tired legs.

Some shopping and then a really good shower at the campsite...all in wonderful sunny conditions! I really can't believe this weather!
