Goodbye dear friend

It's been a difficult and very emotional morning as we have been to the funeral/celebration the life of a wonderful friend who was taken from us all far too early. Steve was a leovely person and I have never seen so many people turn up to say goodbye before. There were well over 200 people, most of which were in claret & blue or West Ham football shirts - Steve was a lifelong fan and the family asked those that could to dress in claret @ blue to help celebrate Steve's life (hubby & I both did). It was wonderful to see so many people take up the request and the fact that many supporters of other teams also wore West Ham shirts would have made Steve smile. Goodbye dear friend. xx
