Chaos Reigns

Another dull and dreary day resigned to jobs. Who says we are having dazzling sun and balmy temperatures. I would like to know where ( I think it must be a ruse by the Met Office to get us to keep tuning in). Anyhow every room in this house is a mess. It's all changing around. This room, which we use as an office is once again becoming a hall and landing - the old staircase is being opened up. A kitchen is to become a sitting room, a sitting room is to become a kitchen and a utility room is to become a kitchen. Then there a bathroom to upgrade. Still with me? No I haven't gone mad. It is just that we need to downsize and we don't want to move - there's nowhere to move to! So we are splitting the house and having a go at the holiday cottage business...... watch this space!
