Teambuilding

We spent the day team building. A morning with a consultant using Strengthsfinder - I'm not convinced, one notch up from a horoscope, but only a small notch - and an afternoon doing team-building exercises and orienteering at the Scouts centre in beautiful sunshine. The outdoors bit was fun, but I'll be working until late trying to catch up on what I should have done during the day!
