Zoom!

I went for a haircut today, cycling through the woods was wonderful, it was lovely and warm, and the air smelled autumnal; earthy and damp.

On the way I discovered a clump of wild grasses, this sunflower was proudly poking its head out. The sun was bright, and I didn't see the bee coming into land until I looked at it on the computer.

Here is the same spot, almost this time last year.
