Carla

Carla, our fabulous cook, gave our group at the Tuscan villa a cooking lesson tonight. She taught us how to make chicken cacciatore, red meat sauce with pasta, caramelized onions and ricotta cheese, stuffed tomatoes and a molded zucchini soufflé. Carla was a wonderful teacher and the meal was spectacular. We are thoroughly enjoyed our time together with good friends from our condo in Minneapolis.
