T-minus 6 days

Today was the first chance we have had to see The SSE Hydro since receiving the keys from the builders. And what an experience it was. We got to have a good look round the whole of the venue, from the arena floor and backstage dressing rooms to the VIP hospitality suites and the catering outlets. It looks truly world class. I can't wait to see Rod Stewart on Monday opening to a sell out 12,500 crowd.

I took this shot from high above the stage position on the north end of the building. Not a bad seat in the house!
