Shake your tail feathers

Just a jay doing a tail feather dance, preening and squawking in a tree high above me.

A beautiful day today; crisp fall weather with plenty of sunshine. I made it a point to get out for a bit, as it felt good to get some fresh air. We are still slammed with the flu, both the hubs and I are starting to wonder just how long this tough stage will last. But we are starting to have moments of being able to breathe. :) Hopefully we'll make the turn for recovery soon.
