Tall Ships leave Hobart

The Governor of Tasmania gave the Tall Ships a cannon fire salute as they made their way up the river to say farewell to Hobart. They then left towards Sydney for the Naval Review. We stood on the rocks and watched the shops pass. It pulled at the heart strings as they sounded their fog horns. Amazing scenes that were hard to capture on the iPhone. I must have stood in the same spot as the Aborigines did, when they were first visited by Europeans centuries ago. I'm not sure if Abel Tasman came this far up the Derwent in 1642. I will have to do more research
