Police Scotland Day 179 - Bravery Awards

Two security guards who tackled a knife-wielding man in a Fife shopping centre have been commended for their bravery.
The awards were given in recognition of their bravery last month when a man armed with a knife allegedly assaulted another man in the Kingdom Centre in Glenrothes. Their prompt and brave action in restraining the man led to him quickly being arrested by Police Officers who were called to the scene.
