Misty Malham

Why can I not control my nerves. I just talk myself up into a anxiety frenzy which is hard to describe. A state of mind which is scary. Yes I understand it's all in my head but it's so difficult to talk myself down back to normality. A misty evening in Malham - a deafening silence under all the cloud. Quite beautiful. And thats todays one through the looking glass
