Hot Pack

This morning I went to the fysiotherapist and she gave me a huge hot pack and left me laying there for 20 minutes. In the beginning it was way too hot but I stayed calm. She again gave me a massage. I thought massages were supposed to be relaxing.. But she is only hurting me by putting too much pressure on the spots that allready hurt.. But at the end of the day it will make me feel better. I hope haha.

So her advice was to start doing work at home, so start doing the normal things I usually do when I am at home. So I decided to clean some hamster cages. But after an hour my back started to ache so I stopped. And I found out that Geertje has the 'wet tail' disease. Well, he is a really old hamster.. There is nothing I can do about it.

I think I have a bladder infection because the stings in that area are getting worse ! Its really painfull !
