Lunchtime walk

Trying very hard to get out of my office for just a few minutes each day particularly as I want to make most of the sunshine before winter descends on us. This is the River Stour winding it's way through Sturminster Newton. I never tire of hearing the sounds of the countryside, birds, insects, tractors, cows.... The heat haze was intense today. You could almost be forgiven for thinking it was August!
