Gullwings
I walked around Seventy Acres Lake this afternoon, stopping off at all my favourite togging spots. When I got to the bridge I was met by a squabbling colony of juvenile gulls. They were perched all over the tubular structure.
I watched as the flock naughtily dive-bombed tufted ducks. Thankfully tufties are diving ducks so were able to submerge to escape the gulls. Coots had to scoot.
I haven't converted my pic to mono, there just wasn't any colour in it. High above the lake and the birds in flight, it almost felt as if I was on the wing.
