Back in the groove

I was so pleased to get back to running club this evening that I took this photo of out meeting place, the Commonwealth Pool, and Arthur's Seat in the background. With the nights drawing in and me living the other side of town, it might be the last time I see it in daylight for a while.

The run was good, 6 miles on slight inclines at a decent pace was a good workout before this week's Linlithgow 10k. Also rounded off a surprisingly easier day than if predicted at work, so I celebrated with some chips on the way home! Rock 'n' Roll eh?
