Clean sweep
I wonder at what age children stop fighting over who gets to clean up and sweep. Right now, at two, it's one of their favorite activities. Laurie has them clean up their toys and messes before lunch so that some order is restored to the house. Mr. L can often be heard shouting, "Me! Me!" when Laurie asks who would like to pick up the toys or sweep up the paper (from the scissor activity earlier). There's usually a struggle between two or more of them for the privilege of running the little sweeper or putting the books away.
Alas, when the prepubescent hormones kick in, this will probably be a thing of the past.
