Miracle Hair

This shot was the least fancy of all the onces I took today, as it was a quick shot out of the car. Just could not resist, when I saw this beautifully hairy guy with his girlfriend, right in front of a local barber shop, that promises miracles, like the little yellow unicorn...Blue truck with a yellow bord in the foreground adds more color.
This is such a small, coastal town. It offers a lot of beauty and a lot of sillyness, a lot of very American store decorations. This storefront shows the creativity with which one tries to attract customers. I made a walk trough town today in gorgeous sunshine and could have shown you a white heron spreading its wings, the bottom of the big bridge over the Siuslaw River that looks like a cathedral, a cormoran "praying" in the sun with his wings wide open, a restaurant decorated with old cars, the sea with wild rows of waves. Everything seemed to show me its best side to make it more difficult for me to leave this place for winter...
