Birthday

Its my friend's birthday today. I didnt get up til quite late though because I was up for lots of the night. Apparently their time is all funny here. When I think its sleeping time, I get told its morning time, and when I think its playtime, they say its bedtime.

We went to the shop after lunch and I helped choose the things for the teaparty. We went to another boy's party after that. Their house had a swimming pool, which I thought was very exciting. Then it was the party at home. Some children I didnt know came but I played with my friend's new birthday presents. We all got a party hat and to try a sparkler in the garden.
