Blood and sand

Got a Free ticket to the Roman Park at Xanten, so I went, it was OK but I have been many times before so it soon got boring. Waited in the Amphitheatre to pass the time as the rest of the Group finished the tour and watched the reactions of the various School parties that were visiting, Girls almost all took photos of themselves in groups or alone, the Boys went straight into Attack Mode! All over the Arena there were Gladiator battles going on, this was the nearest and I got this shot, not the best, but gives an idea of the Action! The swords came from the Gift Shop, quite realistic really.
