Taking the Bait

What a difference a day makes, as the song goes. We went to Waitrose in Cowbridge this morning and bought the brilliant meals for £1o, and some nice food for the next few days. We drove back around the coast and stopped off again at Southerndown. It was very wet, windy and grey so i was lucky to get this blip. These three mad men , er i mean fishermen were perched at the edge of the point. I don't know what he has caught, but it looks big. I can't believe that only yesterday we had a picnic here. Our evening meal is a spicy calabrian salami pizza with a bright and crunchy rainbow salad, followed by a New York cheesecake for dessert and a bottle of La Umbra ( meaning shade , )Merlot from Bulgaria. It's a full bodied wine. A nice end to the day.
