Sparky darky
Tonight I went to Lyttelton Harbour to take some nightly action blips... there's usually something happening there. I managed to get some nice shots of the loading of a big ship and just when I thought I was done for the day, I saw a couple of sparkies (electricians) working away on the side of the road.
A midnight job so they could cut the power without disrupting peoples lives too much. They were just working away while a generator pottered along in the background and I asked if I could take some photos not expecting a blipable result.
But whaddayaknow? Upon my return home I was actually quite happy with the shots and I've decided that the harbour will have to wait (again) and picked this blip instead.
