Quack Quake

Today has been such a contrast to yesterday starting with recognition that the "nisi" was pronounced. It's very strange to reminisce that the end of the start and the start of the end are mirrored in an announcement of sorts & when no-one is there to mark the event. Not sure how I feel ! In addition today marks a friend and her little darling son who are making their way to St Thomas's for live saving/changing kidney surgery, bless you both & safe return to normal life asap. It firmly and squarely puts the penalty notice received yesterday in its place of insignificance and will no longer feature in my thoughts, there it's gone. So it's funny that I should be standing in the bathroom vacantly looking forward when I noticed three very calm porcelain ducks and my own reflection and saw the resemblance of a calm above the plimsole line when underneath everything is goings like the clappers.
