Birds and beach

Started the day with a dog walk. Not great as my back was a bit sore beforehand then got pretty sore afterwards thanks to gonzo pulling. Been taking it easy for the rest of the day and hope it sorts itself out soon. Watching programme about dogs and trying to resist thinking about getting a puppy.
