Guernsey cliffs Baht 'at

As in "On Ilkla Moor Baht 'at" !
This rather fine "hat" was spotted today on the cliff path so, we are looking, probably for a visiting person, who might be bereft having lost a dual purpose possession...good for shade and for sniffles!
If not claimed it may attract a premium on Ebay...who knows, it could have belonged to a very famous person.
Tomorrow it is TGIF again...yeh!
