Did that headline get your attention? It's a quote from Bob Keiller, CEO of the Wood group, from his amazing talk on company values. And no, that does not include insulting the families of your staff. It was an example of how he likes to grab the attention of his staff of 40,000 when he sends out his weekly emails. His company lives and breathes the 7 values and it must be an amazing organisation to work for. Actually, this photo is yet another emergency blip, and not really worthy of attention. This time it's of my usual, 'back late again' supper, a mushroom omelette and toast. It usually looks better than this, but there was only one egg in the fridge.
