Training tonight and we practiced setting up a MA, this is mainly used in a swift water environment but it's good to practice, this takes around 5 minutes to set up but we have done it in 2 during an emergency, when tonight's was set up it allowed one average sized man to pull this land rover defender easily it's very useful
