...raises her arms in a Welcoming or perhaps Beseeching gesture. We welcomed her to our yard, installed her in a place of Honor (close to the Pond) and made it clear that she was expected to be a kind of Rain Talisman. She has been effective, this has been a Very Rainey summer!
