Glorious sunshine again

But no butterflies here I'm afraid. I passed a fluttering white one on my way home from the pool, but that's all.

My roses are having a last flourish, I think.

At the Health Club, I was just getting dressed when a woman put her bits and pieces down on the bench where I was. I couldn't help noticing the title on one of her laminated sheets : Warrior Woman Metabolic Workout ! Amazons rule OK. But I'll not aspire to that just yet :-)
