I remember when the only information you got on the train platform came from a screechy loudspeaker that was often inaudible. And even when it was audible the information usually came after the train was late. Not anymore!

Now we get digital signage; loads of information and a stereo speaker system that is clearly audible across the whole platform. And if that's not enough there's an information post that you simply press and someone can help.
