Arrival

A picture postcard arrival at Bellagio this morning. When the ship arrived next to the wharf it was hit by a strong side current which sent the boat bouncing up and down. The crew was obviously worried about the ropes by which we were attached to the pier. They rushed to get an additional rope.

Drama over we were able to disembark. No further alarms during the course of another hot sunny afternoon. The haze remains and there were clouds over the higher hills (probably mountains). Perhaps this all points to the thunder storms we are promised on Sunday. Or maybe not.

A warm and calm trip to Lenno in the afternoon and return home.
