First Bobbin

One always remembers one's first!

I am done with the practice bits and am officially on my very first bobbin of spinning wheel spinning. I have been drop spindle spinning since June 21st so this is not too bad for a newbie. I expect to be a pro in no time - I am driven!

This is a BFL - Blue Faced Leicester mixed white and black and I will probably make it into a three ply yarn not two ply.
