My parents are just back from Russia and bought me an arty book/magazine from the Hermitage. Despite the cultural self confidence inherent in such a publication, someone decided that they needed to add this sticker to the outer surface of the cellophane wrapping. Did people complain? Or is the sticker art and I just don't get it? It takes a loooooong time to get to Oxfordshire by train. Being back in England now takes me a wee bit by surprise. Its so very English but maybe that's also because this is such a quintessentially English bit of England.
