Amethyst Deceiver

I reckon there's more fungi around this weekend than you can shake an ID chart at. The amethyst deceiver was my favourite find this morning - it has a superb colour especially when young. These have just emerged and are still very small and quite hard to spot. I only saw them because I was lying down trying to photograph a false chaterelle just to the right.
