This is a custom pillowcase that my grandma made for my long pillow years ago. My grandma used to be a really great seamstress. She made all sorts of things for me and my brother when we were smaller. One Christmas she made me a pajama set and it was amazing. Things like those are only found in departments stores and it was surprising that she could make something like that.
