What a lovely day:-

To Bean Count

I have found that it is most convenient (and cost effective) to save some of the vegetable seeds for next year. So here you see some broad beans that are now dry and ready to be stored away.

The dwarf frenchers I have just picked from two bushes before clearing the ground.

The large amount of parsnip seed is slightly different in that being biennial, it was collected from a root that has grown over two seasons.

Similarly people also let me have some of their own varieties and which I am more than happy to barter for something I have brewed myself.
