What's in the frame?

Our niece, Amy, was looking forward to a quiet day at school on Friday. But on Thursday evening there was a call from Great Ormond Street Hospital saying, if she wasn’t too busy, would she like to pop-in for an operation on Friday morning. So she did.

Now Amy is recovering and will soon be back to full fitness. Mrs Soup had the idea of giving Amy a few presents to cheer her up including this photo, in rather a nice frame.
