Magnificent

This beautiful Petrea (Petrea volubilis) growing in the garden at the vets rooms where I took the cat earlier today, is full of spectacular clusters of beautiful flowers.

An internet search reveals that it is a native of Mexico, and has a number of common names:
Sandpaper Vine,
Queen's Wreath,
Purple Wreath,
Bluebird Vine
