Mud

Had a great day skiing up at Ohau Snow Fields today. Great weather, snow, and lots offun with our kids, and the other side of the family. We even managed to get Hannah skiing down the chairlift. A very good achievement.

As I am doing a race in a few weeks, including some serious downhill, I decided to take my bike up for the ride down the road. Many looks of madness from other skiers as I started my large, steep, muddy, cold descent.

Got back to the lodge, 11km and 13 minutes later. Very very muddy!

Spa pool, dinner, wine, then bed!
