Sunshiny Saturday

Brisk walk around the local fields this morning, then after breakfast we scooted over to the local car boot. Picked up an old rusty watering can which is going to be transformed into a water feature. Met up with both daughters and grandson and had lunch down the local pub. Spent most of the afternoon in the garden. Our grandson helped plant in an apple tree and some daff bulbs. My three happy things today... 1. Getting out for a walk this morning in the stillness and freshness of a new day 2. Watching rabbits chasing each other across a field and into the woods 3. Watching water trickle out of the spout of a watering can into the pond whilst sitting in the late September sun
