Ouch

I had a great day mountain biking with my son today - I hired a lovely 29er but had an unfortunate accident mid afternoon.

Landed on my head and came down hard on my shoulder. The helmet is dented and cracked and definitely saved me from a far worse outcome.

My shoulder does hurt like hell though.

And my wallet took a beating to pay for the damage too!
