It was such a beautiful morning that I nagged Gav to get up so that we could go for a walk along the canal. It was fairly busy with plenty of narrowboats going through the locks. Interesting that the men seem to stay on the boat and let the women do the hard work of opening the lock gates. Hmm. I liked this photo because of the dogs, they were having such a fun time running alongside the boat and crossing the canal on the narrow beams of the gates.

Home now and Gav has popped to Asda for a few essentials while I'm blipping ironing and then off to watch Rob's second footie match of the weekend.....hopefully we'll see a goal or two today!!!!
