Gravy Bone moment

I had a perfect, warm, sunny and leafy walk over Chapel Common with the dogs this morning (actually I think it was technically the afternoon). Here are Basil and Polly looking quite keen for a snack. It's okay, they got one each ;)

In other news, with thanks to SueScape for the tip-off, there's a mention in this article of what was my Grandpa's sweet shop in Midhurst "which sold ice creams and had row after row of glass jars full of delicious treats". To this day ice cream and sweets are an integral part of life for some members of the family ;)
