Egg Yolk Jellyfish

The perfect name for this jellyfish, reminds me of many a messy effort at poaching an egg. Taken at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, easily the best one I have ever visited. The jellyfish displays were spectacular, largely thanks to the fantastic ultramarine back lighting which really helped see the beauty and colour of them.
