Despite not having an oven, I was determined to 'bake' something this weekend. On Friday there was a fantastic homemade spread brought in by staff for the Macmillan coffee morning. One of which was a tiffin/fridge cake style bake which was gorgeous.

Some quick Googling later & I was off to Tesco. It was a bit difficult to do in the front room, but thanks to the microwave it's all good. It's been in the fridge since 3pm which means less than an hour to go before I can eat it!!
