Coast Path to Fowey

Today I had a day off from my voluntary duties at the farm. It had been recommended that I walk the coast path to Fowey. I had accidentally found the start of this stretch of the Cornwall Coast path when going looking for Par beach, earlier in the week. The walk would prove to be a fantastic foggy journey past cliffs, fields, farms and villages. This bay is one a few that I had all to myself... well, briefly. It was also the location of a wrong turning, and thanks to the loan of an OS map and my Satnav, I was soon going in the right direction. I would end up following the Saints Way for the last mile or so, into the back of Fowey. Fowey is a lovely seaside town, full of history, amazing views, and home to Pinky Murphy's café, which was a must-visit.
