A glimpse of autumn colour

The trees round here are still very green. It's a beautiful blue sky day today and my new physallis plant looks so bright in the sunshine. I don't know why but this plant always reminds me of Hallowe'en. I will be able to look out of my kitchen window and be cheered up by its brightness.
