A special Sunday...

Today is the last day of our holiday and we made the most of it! We went to Arundel in the morning and wandered around the shops and cafes, and enjoyed the river and all the old buildings and the beautiful castle. Then we drove down to the seaside at Felpham, where Alfred and Mr K went paddling. This image shows Alfred shaking the water off his coat and all over Mr K's shorts! After the paddling we had some delicious fish 'n' chips at the Lobster Pot, before driving to the pub for a couple of drinks in the garden, while watching the Grouse running in the fields. Now we're home at my mum's, organising our things and trying to figure out how to fit everything into the car in the morning!
Tonight's treats: A curry (what a surprise!) for me, chicken in mushroom, bacon and red wine sauce for Mr K, and plain boiled chicken for Alfred Dog. :-)
