SAD

I still live in the city where I studied for my degree. While out on a walk today, we walked past this 1960s monstrosity, otherwise known as the School of Art and Design building, belonging to the University of Wolverhampton, once famous for its applied arts department (ceramics, glass and textiles mainly). It sits menacingly on the ring road next to Molineux Stadium (home to Wolverhampton Wanderers). I was a student here for 5 years and had a fantastic time. The building may be ugly outside, but it's fabulous inside. Great exhibitions, wonderful lecturers and fabulous students - I met a lot of friends here.
