A bit of a hairy one!

Well the Butterflies must have recovered judging by all the Caterpillars around?
The plants in my front garden are covered with this species.Looking in my little pocket nature book.It resembles the caterpillar of the Peacock Butterfly very closely so hopefully we may see a recovery in this threatened species next Summer?
